About the Artist

Dani RJ Hummel lives and creates on lands of the Haudenosaunee, the Anishinaabe, the Wendat, and the Chonnonton peoples, in so-called Niagara, Ontario. They live with their human, plant and fur family members, spending their days writing, painting, doing unpaid work, participating in the Willow Arts Community and doing periodic “gig” work.
